Bryan Ferguson heads up Claymore Alarm. He has over 30 years experience in the industry. A resident of East Lothian for over 30 years, his knowledge of the local community and the unique requirements of both domestic and commercial clients in the area is unrivalled. Prior to starting up Claymore, he worked for Lander Alarms, London and MMS Alarms, Australia where he maintained the security systems for the Kalgoorlie gold mines.
Our team of Engineers have worked with Bryan for over 20 years and are dedicated to providing a high quality service.
Jan runs the office and is happy to help organise maintenance visits and offer advise and support. Office open Mon - Fri between 9.30am - 4.30pm.
Who are We?
As from 1st October 2014 Claymore Lock & Alarm Company, split into two distinct companies: Claymore Alarm Ltd and Claymore Lock & Safe Ltd.
Both companies will continue to work together to provide a full suite of security services. Claymore Alarm has a new premises near East Linton and the Lock division remains in Haddington.
SSAIB - Security Systems and Alarms Inspectorate Board
Claymore is a full member of the SSAIB. This inspectorate requires recognised firms to comply with their criteria for recognition designed to ensure the probity and competence of recongnised firms. Compliance with the criteria is enforced by inspection at regular intervals not exceeding 12 months. Security systems installed by SSAIB recognised firms must comply with all relevant standards and codes of practice. The SSAIB is accredited by the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS). UKAS is the sole national body recognised by government for the accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories, certification and inspection bodies.
